Technical information
Panels
The panels are 2500mm wide and heights range from 1730 to 2430mm. The panels have vertical barbs of 30mm on the top of the panel (panels are reversible if required - barbs at top or at bottom). Mesh sizes are 200 x 50mm, and 100 x 50mm
for the beam sections. Heavy wires, with a diameter of 5mm guarantee a high level of rigidity.
Coating
Panels are manufactured from pre-galvanised wires. An adhesion coating is applied to allow perfect adhesion with the polyester coating (min. 100 micron). Posts are polyester coated with a galvanized substrate in accordance with Euro norm 10147.
Colours
Standard colours are Green RAL6005 and Black RAL9005. Other colours are available on request.
Panels
The panels have a width of 3000 mm and a height from 1230 to 2430 mm.
The panels have vertical barbs of 30 mm on one side and are reversible (barbs at top or at bottom).
Mesh sizes are 200 x 50 mm, and 100 x 50 mm for the beam sections.
The heavy wires, with a diameter of 5 mm guarantee a good level of rigidity.
Coating technique
Panels made out of galvanised wires. A pre-treatment process guarantees a perfect PVC-coating adhesion to the product surface.
The posts are in- and outside galvanised (min. coating 275g/m², both sides together), in accordance with Euro norm 10326.
Afterwards an adhesion coating is applied and finally the posts are plastic coated (min. 60 micron).

Nylofor 3-M is standard available in green RAL 6005
